Requirements

CNA license or HHA certification in the state of Florida
A calm, respectful, compassionate presence
Dependability and professionalism
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Experience supporting seniors or individuals with disabilities

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Encourage mobility, independence, and daily routines
Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship that supports emotional and social well-being
Maintain a safe home environment with light housekeeping tasks
Offer medication reminders and document daily care notes
Communicate clearly with families and office staff to support continuity of care
