About The Position

Must have active CNA/HHA certification. The Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing clinical support and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility. This role involves helping residents with daily activities, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, and ensuring that their needs are met in a compassionate and respectful manner. Key Responsibilities: Resident Assistance: Respond promptly to residents' calls for assistance, addressing requests or notifying nurse as needed. Environment Maintenance: Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards. Deliver and distribute clean linens, towels, and other supplies as needed. Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after meals. Help maintain a pleasant and comfortable living environment for all residents Team Support: Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to ensure that residents’ needs are met. Report any concerns regarding residents' health or well-being to the nursing team promptly. Assist with transporting residents to activities, dining areas, or appointments within the facility. Activity Support: Assist the activities department by helping residents participate in recreational or social events, such as arts and crafts, games, or group activities. Encourage residents to participate in facility programs and help them navigate to and from activities. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have CNA or HHA certification. Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare, customer service, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents. Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have CNA or HHA certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents.
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves
