We’re looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care to local Veterans and seniors —helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home.
Requirements
- A heart for caregiving
- English fluency (spoken & written)
- Level 2 Background Check + drug screening
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle & auto insurance (with bodily injury coverage)
- Recent TB test & physical (within 1 year)
- Current CPR certification (within 2 years)
- Up-to-date on all required CEUs
- Prior experience caring for seniors
Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.
- Health Monitoring: Med reminders, vitals, glucose & BP checks
- Companionship: Conversation, emotional support, safety supervision
- Daily Living: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
- Mobility: Transfers, walking support, repositioning
- Home Safety: Keeping the home clean, safe, and cozy
