About The Position
Assists nurses in providing safe and effective patient care, which encompasses age groups ranging from adults to a predominant population of geriatrics. Accountabilities include assisting patients in moving as rapidly, uneventfully, safely and effectively as possible through the period of hospitalization.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Current Nurse Aide Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred
- successful completion of a nurse aide training program
- current certification in BLS
- six months experience in a patient care environment
