CNA/ Nurse Aide- $1,000 Hire Bonus | Full time and Part time
About The Position
Ho’okele Home Care is growing! We’re looking for 3 exceptional caregivers who are passionate about serving our community and caring for our kupuna (elders). We’re offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for both Part-time and Full-time positions - ask us how it works! At Ho’okele Home Care, we know that our caregivers are the heart of what we do. Location: O‘ahu, Hawai‘i (excluding North Shore) Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour (different rate during probationary period) Schedule: Flexible shifts — create your own schedule! Requirements
- You are passionate and dependable!
- Completion of a Nurse Aide Training program or certification (we accept Active, Inactive, and Out of state)
- Current CPR/ First Aide certification
- Received a High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug screening
- Ownership of a smartphone and access to email
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Homecare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Most importantly, building a meaningful connection with your clients!
