Requirements
- CNA, NA, or PCA certification (or relevant experience)
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a care team
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to residents/clients
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition & well-being
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment
