About The Position

This role involves providing meaningful one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. As part of the Assistive Care team, you will be valued and supported with training and flexibility. Responsibilities

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Assist clients with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
Perform vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration.
