About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position in Monroe is a per diem role offering a competitive hourly rate of $30.00. The role requires flexibility, with 4 varied shifts monthly, including weekends.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) certification from the New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standing
• High School graduate or GED required
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
• Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
• Flu vaccine required during flu season

Responsibilities

• Ensure that residents receive the highest quality of service
• Provide care in a warm and compassionate atmosphere
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members
