Join our beautiful, upscale Independent Retirement Community in Napa! Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community set on a sprawling 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. We are seeking dedicated and talented Medication Aides to join our collaborative team of caregivers, nursing leaders, and administrative staff in our vibrant Assisted Living & Memory Care environment, where your commitment to care will thrive in a supportive setting focused on the well-being of both staff and residents. As a Medication Aide at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will ensure safe medication delivery to residents while providing person-centered, individualized bedside care. You'll participate in ongoing education and training, and provide personal care assistance as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Previous experience with a medication cart in Assisted Living is required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe medication delivery to residents
- Provide person-centered, individualized bedside care
- Participate in ongoing education and training
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
