About The Position

Requirements

• California Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.
• Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System - Greater Sonoma County.

Nice To Haves

• Intensive Care Nursery (ICN): Level II or III ICN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LVN.
• Assist with daily living activities for patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
