About The Position

Assumes responsibility for facilitating and enhancing the delivery of patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the RN. Duties include, patient care, activities of daily living, and general support duties as assigned to include but not limited to: clerical, stocking, courier, and transport. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• CNA Certification required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at start date.
• Demonstrated track record for excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
• Previous experience as Unit Secretary/ Nursing Assistant, Medic or EMT/Paramedic, preferred.
• For Emergency Room, CPI required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provides everyday patient care.
• Facilitates and enhances the delivery of patient care under the direction of the RN.
• Assists with activities of daily living.
• Performs general support duties including clerical, stocking, courier, and transport.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
