About The Position

Mirabella Seattle, a part of Pacific Retirement Services, is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in downtown Seattle. It features a 46-bed SNF (5-star rated) and is home to over 290 Independent Living residents who enjoy a high-end resort-style living experience. The CNA/Medication Technician will specifically support Memory Care residents in a dedicated memory support unit. This role contributes to a specialized Memory Support Program that combines trained staff, adaptive programs, and purposeful physical space to help residents and their families find joy and meaning daily, especially those affected by Alzheimer’s and other memory-impairing diseases. The leadership team is committed to supporting staff through learning & development, mentorship, and promotion opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed CNA (NAC in WA State)
• Must have Nurse Delegation training certificate
• Prior experience Passing Meds and managing medication cart is required

• Prior experience in memory care or senior living
