Available Shifts Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Graveyard (NOC) Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Part-time opportunities available , with shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts. The chance to form meaningful, lasting relationships with truly wonderful residents What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in our residents' daily lives by: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care Observing, documenting, and reporting any changes or concerns to the RCC or nurse Supporting residents' dignity, comfort, and safety at all times Completing assigned duties as directed by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator What We're Looking For A genuine love for the elderly and a compassionate, positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and excellent bedside manner Basic computer skills Ability to remain calm and effective in critical or high-pressure situations CNA or Med Tech experience preferred (but not required) CNA certification preferred-but ask us about earning your CNA while working here! CPR certification and Food Handler's Permit Required (must be willing to obtain within 14 days if not already certified) TB test and Background check required upon hire. Requirements
