About The Position
Looking to hire compassionate people with an adoration of the elderly. We're currently looking to fill our Graveyard shift. This would be a Part Time position for Full time Swing Shift 2:00PM-10:00 PM includes weekends. We all love what we do here at Blacksmith Fork Assisted living and we have a full support staff here ( Administration, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Activities and Dietary ) so you can focus on being a super caregiver. Not to mention we have the absolute best residents living here. You can't help but build wonderful relationships with all of them. Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Self-Starter and able to work independently
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ask us about the possibility of getting your CNA certification while working here!
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
- Experience as CNA/Med Tech, preferred.
- Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals. Including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy, having a fantastic "bedside manner"
- Possess a love for the elderly
- Have a positive and compassionate attitude
- CPR Certified and Food Handler's permit preferred.
- Must be willing to get within 14 days if you don't have
- A background check is required for this position upon hire as well as food handlers permit, CPR/First Aid certification, and a TB test.

Responsibilities
- Caring for our elderly residents
- Assisting them in all cares of daily living (ADLs)
- Documenting and notifying RCC and nurse of any changes or concerns in our residents' condition
- All duties given them as assigned by the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator.
