About The Position

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensure: Current New York State CNA certification
• BLS certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year patient care experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in vital signs, patient hygiene, and activities of daily living
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Soft Skills: Adaptable to different unit environments

Nice To Haves

• Level 1 trauma experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple medical-surgical units
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility
• Obtain and document vital signs and patient information
• Support nursing staff with procedures and treatments
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments
• Transport patients and equipment as needed
