The CNA MC position at Catholic Care Center involves providing essential care to patients and residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Perform initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
Implement the plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident needs.
Provide direct patient/resident care and report condition and changes to RN or LPN.
Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
Comply with all ministry policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Basic understanding of patient care procedures and protocols.
