Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Proven experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to clients' needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with clients, families, and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care, including companionship and emotional support
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Perform basic healthcare tasks like vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and assisting with medical equipment
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and running errands as needed
• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients, their families, and your team
• Be a reliable and punctual caregiver, consistently meeting clients' needs
