The Patient Care Associate (CNA/MA/CMA) performs basic screening procedures for a primary care clinic as assigned. This role involves assisting in the well functioning of on and off site clinics and demonstrating competency in various advanced-level skills. The Patient Care Associate is responsible for preparing the physical set-up of clinics, completing and recording vital signs, conducting quality control checks, sterilizing instruments, and providing translation services for patients and staff. The position requires effective communication, adherence to health policies, and the ability to work efficiently in an electronic medical records system.
