Requirements

• Active New Jersey CNA license required
• Minimum 2 years LTC/subacute experience required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• AHA BLS certification required
• Willingness to work with COVID+ patients and float across units
• Ability to pass facility competency exam
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans
• Assist with ADLs including hygiene, feeding, mobility, and grooming
• Perform vital signs, intake/output, and basic clinical monitoring
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Maintain skin integrity checks and patient safety
• Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
• Assist with room care, bed making, and unit support tasks
• Document care and report condition changes to nursing staff
• Support residents across multiple units as needed
• Maintain safe, clean, and supportive environment
