Requirements

Certification: Active Arizona CNA/LNA license. Arizona Certified Caregiver or a Companion with experience.
Must have a driver's license and own transportation.
CPR/1st Aid must be valid.

Responsibilities

Daily Living (ADLS): Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Mobility Support: Provide safe transfers (bed to chair) and assistance with walking or light exercises
Health Monitoring: May be asked to monitor vitals and provide medication reminders
Companionship: Engage in conversation, reading, or light activities to provide mental stimulation.
Household Support: Light meal preparation, grocery shopping/errands, and light housekeeping (linen changes, dishes
