About The Position
Legacy Medical Academy is hiring a passionate CNA Instructor to train the next generation of healthcare professionals. Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective instruction in classroom and clinical settings
- Proficiency with educational technology and instructional resources to enhance learning outcomes
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet program needs and support student success
- Commitment to professional standards and ethical principles in nursing and teaching
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a CNA instructor or nurse educator preferred, but not required—ideal for nurses seeking to transition into teaching
