Requirements

  • Must Be 16 years old or older.
  • Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test.
  • Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
  • A passion for caring for people.
  • Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.
  • The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

  • The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience.
  • Upon completion of the Program the facility will work to help place candidates in full-time or part-time positions.
  • 105 hour state approved training
  • Clinical patient experience
  • On-site Training
  • No charge for training
  • Training for a high – demand profession
