Multiple full-time shifts are available: Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm Night: 7:00pm - 7:00am What's in it for you? Join Novant Health as a direct hire Certified Nurse Assistant I (CNA I). Rotate between multiple units to find the best fit for your skills and career goals. Find your Perfect Match within 4 weeks (or earlier if preferred). Eligible Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for a week at a time through different units within an identified specialty area (Med-Surg, Critical Care, Intermediate Care, or Emergency Department). Throughout your Perfect Match rotation(s), you will experience different clinical units, identify team dynamics and leadership style. Ready to find your Perfect Match? Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NA I program, required.
  • Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
  • Medication Safety - AME, required.
  • NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience: One year preferred.
  • Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
