Multiple full-time shifts are available: Days: 7:00am - 7:00pm Night: 7:00pm - 7:00am What's in it for you? Join Novant Health as a direct hire Certified Nurse Assistant I (CNA I). Rotate between multiple units to find the best fit for your skills and career goals. Find your Perfect Match within 4 weeks (or earlier if preferred). Eligible Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) can rotate for a week at a time through different units within an identified specialty area (Med-Surg, Critical Care, Intermediate Care, or Emergency Department). Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Completion of NA I program, required.
- Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.
- Medication Safety - AME, required.
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience: One year preferred.
- Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
