Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nurse’s Aide certification required.
• Experience in healthcare within the past 24 months preferred.
• Must be able to complete 4-5 weeks of full-time, day shift orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to patients in home hospice settings.
• Promote excellence in end of life care.
