Requirements

• CNA license in State of Wisconsin
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Health, or Hospice settings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Support patients and families emotionally and spiritually.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
