Requirements

  • Active CNA license in Indiana
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes

Responsibilities

  • Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Assist with safe transfers and positioning
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes
  • Document care and follow the care plan
