Overview As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. You will assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene etc.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA certification in applicable state
CPR Certification
Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

Home health or hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting
assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene etc
