Overview As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant/ CNA PRN, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting. You will assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene etc.

Requirements

Current Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA certification in applicable state
CPR Certification
Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

Five (5) years of skilling nursing facility, assisted living, private duty, hospice or home health experience a plus

Responsibilities
