Requirements

  • Skilled Nursing & Adult Day Health: Active CNA certification
  • Assisted Living: Active CNA or HHA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting with assistance
  • Compassionate, reliable, team‑oriented approach
  • Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
  • Applicants may be subject to a background check.
  • Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities
