Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, auto insurance and registration
CNA certification must be through the state of Pennsylvania Paid for by Neighborly Home Care:
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Tuberculosis test.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Utilize EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) for each shift.
Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Monitor and document client health, reporting any changes to the care team.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Transport clients to appointments or errands (if applicable).
Provide medication reminders to ensure client health and safety.
