About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care of Manassas–Gainesville is growing, and we are seeking a reliable, compassionate CNA or HHA to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female client in Bristow, VA. This is a stable, consistent morning position in a calm home environment — ideal for caregivers looking for dependable hours and meaningful work. Schedule Wednesday – Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Perfect for caregivers seeking part-time morning shifts with consistency. Requirements
- CNA or HHA preferred (experience with total care a plus)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient

Responsibilities
- Assist with transfers (bed to chair/wheelchair using gait belt or lift as appropriate)
- Support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Provide light meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow an individualized care plan and document services after each visit
