About The Position

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in Boca Raton. This position is available for an immediate start and involves providing high-quality, personalized care in a private home setting.

Requirements

• Valid CNA or HHA certification in the state of Florida
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable and good with dogs (large dogs included)
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping related to patient care
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Monitor and report changes in client's condition
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines
