Requirements
- Are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Have a smartphone and active email
- Value professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
- Are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with daily activities and personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and activities
- Following and supporting individualized care plans
- Working closely with families and our care team to deliver the best outcomes
- Aiding with activities of daily living
- Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation
- Pick up prescriptions & assist with telehealth visits
- Light housekeeping
