Requirements

• Are a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Have a smartphone and active email
• Value professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
• Are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with daily activities and personal care (bathing, toileting, hygiene)
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments and activities
• Following and supporting individualized care plans
• Working closely with families and our care team to deliver the best outcomes
