Requirements
- Active CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
- CPR certification
- Recent TB test (within the past 12 months)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities like bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Maintain a safe and healthy home environment
- Adhere to individualized care plans and document services provided
