About The Position

At Home Helpers Home Care of Central Seminole County, our compassionate caregivers strive to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. This position involves providing personal and homemaking care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. The role is part-time, with shifts scheduled for Monday to Friday evenings.

Requirements

• CNA certification required
• Willingness to complete TB Test or Chest X-ray
• CPR certificate
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Level 2 Background Check
• Willingness to complete CEUs (Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDs)
• Prior home care experience is a plus
• Must have experience with sundowning
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Responsibilities

• Homemaker/Companion tasks including lighthouse cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry
• Personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and transferring
• Follow a plan of care as directed by the client or supervisor
