About The Position

We are seeking dedicated caregivers to provide private duty care to clients in and around Parma, Middleburg Heights, and Strongsville. The position offers flexible shift options, including weekdays and weekends, with various shift lengths available. Caregivers will have the opportunity to work with clients from 8am to 8pm, 12pm to 4pm, 10am to 2pm, and 5pm to 12am, Monday through Sunday. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to those in need.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ years old
• CPR Certification
• Caregiving experience (preferred)
• US work authorization

Nice To Haves

• Dementia care experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medication as prescribed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
