Requirements

  • Current CNA or HHA certification.
  • Active Driving License and Active CPR certification, TB test.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
  • A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
  • Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
