About The Position

Requirements
- Valid CNA license or HHA certification (required)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts
- Strong attendance and dependability (no non-emergency call-outs)
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
- This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- CEUs preferred
- Physical and TB test (if available)
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversation
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Promote safety, comfort, and dignity in the client’s home
