Requirements

• CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
• Current CPR certification
• Required Florida training courses completed
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
• Strong communication and reliability

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and toileting
• Support mobility transfers and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and encourage hydration
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Document care using the caregiver app
• Communicate with families and office team
