Actikare Responsive In Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Care Aides (HCAs) with experience supporting seniors. About Actikare As an Actikare caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the daily lives of seniors by providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities—helping them maintain independence and comfort at home. Requirements

Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification, or proof of enrollment/completion of an approved training program
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks
Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English
U.S. work authorization (required)
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Compassionate with excellent bedside manner
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to perform job duties

Responsibilities

Provide warm, supportive companionship
Assist with mobility and ambulation, including walks and medical appointments
Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and activities of daily living
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor client well-being and report any concerns to the agency, medical professionals, and family members
Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations
