Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Build strong communication and professional relationships with clients, families, and co-workers
- Ensure reliable care by being punctual and consistent with shift coverage
