Float assignments will be managed by Scheduling Coordinators (through OnShift, our scheduling platform) where all shifts’ availabilities are communicated. This is available to all full-time employees who are working on a full-time basis (both 12 hr. and 7.5 hr. shifts). Assignments are determined bi-weekly based on staffing needs throughout all communities (will be available on the OnShift scheduling platform). CNA GO employees are expected to report to the assigned unit at the beginning of each shift and review resident information prior to providing care.   • Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents across different units
  • Support nursing teams by filling in where you’re needed most
  • Completion of shadow shifts on each assigned unit prior to independent work.
  • Completion of general facility orientation including policies, documentation, infection control, and emergency procedures.
  • Active CNA certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of CNA experience, preferably at WEL. (Current CNAs MUST be employed for a period of 1 year to become eligible to participate).
  • Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, and professionalism.
  • 1 year of ADP records to show proven attendance (Existing Employees).
  • Satisfactory performance and attendance records are a must (Existing Employees)
  • Strict adherence to the Attendance Policy
  • Three call outs within the first 90 days, expulsion from the program (Existing employees).
  • Preferably possess prior experience in travel CNA or agency environments.
