Float assignments will be managed by Scheduling Coordinators (through OnShift, our scheduling platform) where all shifts’ availabilities are communicated. This is available to all full-time employees who are working on a full-time basis (both 12 hr. and 7.5 hr. shifts). Assignments are determined bi-weekly based on staffing needs throughout all communities (will be available on the OnShift scheduling platform). CNA GO employees are expected to report to the assigned unit at the beginning of each shift and review resident information prior to providing care.
