About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an immediate opening to provide continuous, hands-on care for a client in their home in Osage Beach, MO. This role offers the opportunity to be a steady, caring presence for someone who depends on daily support. The schedule for this position is Sunday from 7 am to 7 pm.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification
• Experience using a Hoyer lift
• Confidence providing hands-on personal care
• Dependable, patient, and professional
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with toileting
• Perform safe transfers, including Hoyer lift use
• Provide consistent, attentive, and compassionate care throughout each shift
