About The Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in delivering quality, compassionate care to patients under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Your work will directly impact lives every day, helping patients feel safe, supported, and cared for during their most vulnerable moments.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited CNA program.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant - Washington State
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire.
  • Compassionate, organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN within CNA licensure scope.
  • Perform essential technical skills: CPR, vital signs, fluid intake/output, dressing changes, and more.
  • Assist patients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, and hydration.
  • Support mobility: help patients walk, exercise, and move safely.
  • Maintain unit supplies and provide clerical support as needed.
  • Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team.
