Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• CNA Certification required.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at start date.
• Previous experience as Unit Secretary/ Nursing Assistant, Medic or EMT/Paramedic, preferred.
• Demonstrated track record for excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and customer service skills required.
• For Emergency Room, CPI required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating and enhancing the delivery of patient care and the patient experience under the direction of the RN.
• Providing everyday patient care.
• Assisting with activities of daily living.
• Performing general support duties as assigned, including clerical, stocking, courier, and transport.
• Demonstrating Service Excellence at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
