About The Position
Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate Field Supervisor to support our clients and caregivers in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on caregiving, client interaction, and team support.
Requirements
- Prior elder caregiving experience required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Complete new client intakes, including onboarding paperwork and initial care plan development
- Perform client assessments and recommend updates to care plans and schedules
- Conduct home visits to ensure caregivers are following care plans and performing duties appropriately
- Provide caregiver support, including covering client visits as needed
- Conduct in-service training with caregivers in client homes
- Complete “warm welcomes” by introducing caregivers to new clients and ensuring readiness
- Participate in occasional marketing activities such as health fairs and networking events
- Assist with general office and team support as needed
