About The Position
Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients and provide support on case visits. CNA must be active and in good standing. Reliable Transportation necessary Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to travel throughout Massachusetts The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Excellent Communication skills and Knowledge of Daily Care Notes Responsibilities: Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by a healthcare professional Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment Write Daily Care Notes and Proper reporting Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license
- Minimum of 3 years or more of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed
- Reliable Transportation necessary
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to travel throughout Massachusetts
- Knowledge of Daily Care Notes
