About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years in acute care, rehab, or long-term care
• Experience with medium to high-acuity clients
• Certified in BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Skilled in ADLs: bathing, feeding, toileting, mobility, hygiene
• Comfortable using assistive devices (wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc.)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate
• Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
• Check ACHA As required by House Bill 531 (2025), the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse has launched a new Education and Awareness website.
