About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care
• Active CPR, First Aid, and BLS (AHA or Red Cross)
• Must pass Level 2 Background Screening
• Experience with IDD or mental health preferred
• Ability to lift/transfer 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to travel between Lutz & Tampa (approx. 15 minutes)
• Dependable, compassionate, and a team player

Nice To Haves

• Experience with IDD or mental health preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living: bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and document health or behavioral changes
• Encourage independence and dignity in every interaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment
• Safely operate mobility equipment (wheelchairs, lifts, gait belts)
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
